Domain dispute is a procedure that can be initiated by the appellant that asserts that the registered domain name of a domain-name holder violates its rights.

In conjunction with legal experts, Registry has prepared a Procedure for Alternative (Domain Name) Dispute Resolution (ADR). All Domain Name Holders, Registrars and Registry are bound by it. This procedure is also a quick and inexpensive way of resolving domain name disputes but it does not exclude the possibility of using other legal remedies.
