Updated Domain name dispute resolution and General terms and conditions
The revised ARDS Rules of Procedure and General T&C will enter into force on the 1 February 2021, until then the currently valid documents remain in force.
Dear user of Registry .si services,
we have updated our Rules on the alternative domain-name dispute resolution procedure for .si top-level domains (ARDS Rules of Procedure). The updates concern mainly the data, that we gather from the parties of the ARDS procedure, as well as individual obligations of the parties and arbiters regarding the statements and evidence presented by the parties. The changes to the ARDS Rules of Procedure also prompted minimal changes to the General terms and conditions for registration of domain names under the .si top-level domain (General T&C) with regard to the ARDS procedure. The revised ARDS Rules of Procedure and General T&C will enter into force on the 1 February 2021, until then the currently valid documents remain in force. You can view the updated texts here:
