Updated ADR Procedure – Submit Your Complaint via Online Form

The Alternative Domain Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is an efficient, fast, and cost-effective way to resolve disputes between a domain holder and a party claiming a stronger right to the domain. A complainant may initiate an ADR procedure before the tribunal operating within the .si Registry. The procedure is significantly faster and can be more effective than court proceedings.

To simplify the process, the .si Registry has updated the procedure for submitting complaints. Instead of filling out PDF forms, it is now possible to file a complaint directly through an online form, which ensures an easier, faster, and more transparent submission process.
